§ 33.06 PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS.
   (A)   Upon receipt of written instructions from an employee of the city, the City Clerk and the City Treasurer are authorized and directed to deduct from the employee’s wages sums necessary to pay premiums for insurance policies of the employees with American Family Life Assurance Company.
   (B)   The sums deducted from the employees salary shall be remitted by the City Clerk and the City Treasurer directly to American Family Life Assurance Company for payment of premiums authorized by the employees.
   (C)   It is understood that by this action the City Council shall not be determined to have in any way recommended any insurance program of the American Family Life Assurance Company and that all employees of the city who contract with American Family Life Assurance Company do so of their own free will and accord and that any policy contracted for by an employee of the city is not to be considered in any manner sponsored by or approved by the city.
