§ 32.03 PLANNING COMMISSION.
   The Planning Commission shall hereinafter be referred to as the Planning and Zoning Commission. Its establishment, authority, and duties shall be defined and contained in § 151.157 of the City of Paxton Code of Ordinances. Wherever the within ordinances refer to "Planning Commission," the term "Planning and Zoning Commission" shall be substituted.
