§ 31.105 OFFICE CREATED; DUTIES.
   (A)   There is created and established the office of Building Administrator.
   (B)   The Building Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to the approval and confirmation by the City Council.
   (C)   The duties of the Building Administrator shall include the administration and enforcement of the subdivision ordinance or regulations of the city and the zoning ordinance or regulations of the city and such other duties as may be delegated to him or her from time to time by the City Council.
   (D)   The Building Administrator shall receive a salary as determined by the City Council.
