(A) The Handicapped Coordinator be and is authorized and directed to publish in the Paxton Daily Record any and all notices required under the laws of the United States in regard to Federal Revenue Sharing Funds and the regulations issued pursuant thereto advising of this appointment and providing that the city does not discriminate on the basis of disability, in addition to race, color, national origin, sex, age and religion in its hiring of city employees and the use of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds.
(B) The office of the Handicapped Coordinator shall be maintained at the City Hall, 145 South Market Street, Paxton, Illinois, telephone number 217-379-4022.
