The City Clerk shall attend all meetings of the City Council, shall attend all meetings of committees of the City Council and shall attend all meetings of all boards and committees appointed by the City Council, including, but not limited to, the Plan Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals, but excluding the Paxton Carnegie Library Board, and shall keep in a suitable book a full, complete and faithful record of its proceedings. The City Clerk shall issue and cause to be served upon all of the Aldermen notices of all special meetings of the City Council.
