§ 31.036 OFFICE HOURS.
   The office of the City Comptroller shall be at the City Hall, and the City Comptroller shall keep the office open for at least eight hours per day, Monday through Friday, excepting therefrom holidays, the hours to be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
