§ 30.19 SUPERVISION OF POLICE.
   The Mayor shall exercise general supervision over all police officers and shall remove any police officer who shall fail to properly perform his duties, reporting the fact of such removal, and his reasons therefor, to the City Council at its next regular meeting thereafter.
