1-12-6: EMBEDDED SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS:

Neither the village nor any person shall encode or embed an SSN in or on a card or document, including, but not limited to, using a bar code, chip, magnetic strip, RFID technology, or other technology, in place of removing the SSN as required by the act and this policy. (Ord. 14-07, 4-28-2014)
