A. The Chief of Police may summarily suspend the UTV permit of any person found by the Chief to be in violation of any provision of this Chapter for up to twelve (12) months.
B. The Chief of Police may summarily suspend the UTV permit of the registered UTV owner and/or authorized operator(s) found by the Chief to have entrusted the UTV to another person who has been found to be in violation of any provision of this Chapter for up to twelve (12) months.
C. A person whose permit has been suspended may, within fourteen (14) days of suspension, request a hearing before the Village Board, and if the Board finds the suspension to have been unwarranted, the permit will be reinstated. (Ord. 22-03, 3-14-2022)
