1-12-1: GENERAL:

This identity protection policy is adopted pursuant to the Illinois identity protection act, 5 Illinois Compiled Statutes 179/1 et seq., to protect social security numbers from unauthorized disclosure. All village officers, employees, and agents shall comply with the identity protection act and this policy at all times. (Ord. 14-07, 4-28-2014)
