Any physical damage or abuse of village meters or lines is the responsibility of the owner or tenant of the property. Any necessary repairs for broken or damaged meters and/or lines will be made by the village with the cost charged to the owner or tenant. The village will maintain and monitor these meters and lines and shall have access to them. (Ord. 14-17, 10-27-2014)
