A. A leak allowance adjustment for sewer is considered in some situations. A customer is allowed a onetime adjustment during a twelve (12) month period. In order to be considered for the adjustment, the customer must identify the leak and complete the necessary repairs if needed. Adjustment is limited to two (2) months of charges. Future bills must reflect a reduction in usage.
B. A onetime sewer adjustment is allowed during a twelve (12) month period for filling of pools. It is the responsibility of the user to contact the utility billing office to request the adjustment. (Ord. 14-17, 10-27-2014)
