14-1-9: RESTORING UTILITIES AFTER SHUTOFF:
Village employees cannot relight pilot lights. Arrangements must be made by the customer to have some responsible person over the age of eighteen (18) present to relight the pilot light when utilities are restored. The customer must contact the village office to make arrangements to turn utilities on after a shutoff. (Ord. 14-17, 10-27-2014)
