14-1-4: LEVEL PAYMENT PROGRAM:
   A.   The level payment program is a program that allows the customer to pay a set payment that is due by the fifteenth of each month. This monthly amount is calculated based on an average of the customer's actual usage during the previous year and may be adjusted from time to time to keep balance in line with customer's actual consumption. This program begins in June of each year. A customer agreement will be sent out in April that must be signed and returned no later than May 15.
   B.   If payment is not made by the twentieth of each month, the village may remove the customer from the level payment program and any unpaid balance will become due and payable immediately.
   C.   Customer or village may terminate the level payment agreement at any time by written notice, at which time all balances are due and payable. (Ord. 14-17, 10-27-2014)
