14-1-2: GENERAL INFORMATION:

   A.   The village of Pawnee utility billing office is located at 617 7th Street, Pawnee, IL 62558. The utility billing direct phone number is [phone] and fax is [phone]. E-mail address is [e-mail] (office manager) and [e-mail] (billing clerk). Office hours are Monday through Friday from seven thirty o'clock (7:30) A.M. to four o'clock (4:00) P.M., excluding holidays.

   B.   The utility bill consists of charges for the following services:

      1.   Water.

      2.   Sewer.

      3.   Gas.

   C.   There is always a utility bill associated with a property, unless the property has no service lines and a sewer main is not available within two hundred feet (200') of the property line. Properties may be subject to a monthly minimum bill for gas, water and sewer. A facility fee will be charged for both water and gas meters each month, no exceptions.

   D.   Utility bill payments can be made as follows:

      1.   By mail.

      2.   At utility counter inside village hall.
