12-1-14: SEVERABILITY:

The provisions of this chapter are severable. If any provision of this chapter, or if section 11-5-1.5 of the Illinois municipal code is invalidated by a court of law, then the offending section of this chapter, shall be severed and the remainder of this chapter shall be enforced to the full extent possible. (Ord. 01-15, 10-22-2001)
