8-3-9: PENALTIES:

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be liable to the client of not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per violation. Each day a violation occurs or is carried on, constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 00-04, 3-13-2000)
