A. Whenever a building or structure is removed, the job site shall be left free and clear of any debris and in a safe condition, and all debris, building materials graded and leveled and the like which are not salvageable shall be disposed of in an approved, licensed landfill.
B. If however, new construction is to be erected at the demolition site, the site need not be graded nor leveled. The owner or contractor must submit an application for a building permit for the new structure within thirty (30) days after completion of demolition, and in no event shall any demolition site be left ungraded or not leveled for a period of more than ten (10) days unless actual construction shall commence thereon.
