8-1-6: ENFORCEMENT OF PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE:
In addition to its enforcement by the village, the international property maintenance code may be enforced within the corporate limits of the village by the Sangamon County public health department pursuant to an intergovernmental agreement. (Ord. 12-13, 8-27-2012)
