A. Unless otherwise provided, any person found to be violating any provision of this Chapter, except Section 7-4-6, shall be served by the Village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated on such notice, permanently cease all violations. The Village may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of this Chapter.
B. Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in subsection A hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code.
C. Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall become liable to the Village for damages caused by reason of such violation. (Ord. 76-3, 5-10-76; 1994 Code)
