7-2-10: PENALTIES:

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter or chapter 3 of this title shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 10-32, 12-14-2010)
