State Highway 104, also known as Carroll Street, is hereby designated as a truck route. Signs designating said truck route and notifying the public of the weight restrictions set forth in this chapter shall be erected by the village street department as soon as possible after the effective date hereof at all entrances to the village via a public road or street.
