D. Library Parking Zone: The following area is designated as the library parking zone: The area in front of the Pawnee Public Library, 615 Douglas Street, Pawnee, Illinois. In the library parking zone, parking is permitted for library patrons only during the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. through nine o'clock (9:00) P.M., Monday through Saturday.
