A. Signs: Boulevard "Begin One Way" signs shall be placed upon the following streets in the village:

B. One-Way Traffic:
1. Drivers of vehicles shall, at all times, observe the one-way traffic in a counterclockwise direction around the square in the business district of the village, except when temporarily posted otherwise.
2. Vehicles shall proceed in a northerly direction only from the alley south of Nelson Street to K. Layne Drive at all times. (Ord. 71-10, 10-11-1971; amd. 1994 Code)
