5-1-3: NO PARKING PLACES:
Places designated: It shall be unlawful at any time to permit any vehicle to stand in any of the following places, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the direction of a policeman or traffic signal:
   A.   In any intersection;
   B.   In a crosswalk;
   C.   Upon any bridge;
   D.   Within thirty feet (30') of a traffic signal, yield sign or stop sign;
   E.   Within twenty feet (20') of any intersection;
   F.   At any place where the standing of a vehicle will reduce the usable width of the roadway for moving traffic to less than eighteen feet (18');
   G.   At any curb within fifteen feet (15') of a fire hydrant;
   H.   At any place where the vehicle would block the use of a driveway;
   I.   Within fifty feet (50') of the nearest rail of a railroad grade crossing;
   J.   Within twenty feet (20') of the driveway entrance to any Fire Department station and on the side of the street opposite the entrance to any such station within seventy five feet (75') of such entrance;
   K.   On any sidewalk or parkway;
   L.   On the roadway side of any vehicle parked at the edge or curb of a street;
   M.   At any place where official signs prohibit parking or at any place where the curbing adjacent to the street or roadway has been painted a yellow color; and (Ord. 83-3, 1-24-1983)
   N.   Subject to the regulations of the State Department of Highways, on State Highway Route 104 within the Municipal boundaries, except that this prohibition shall not apply to emergency vehicles and funeral processions. (Ord. 74-13, 11-25-1974)
