A. Vehicles shall be parked on the public square in the business district in a diagonal parking position only, and vehicles shall be parked parallel to the curb or street at all other locations in the Village, other than the public square.
B. It shall be unlawful for vehicles to be backed into a place for diagonal parking, except for commercial vehicles loading or unloading.
C. Except on one-way streets, no vehicle shall be parked with the left side of such vehicle next to the curb or with the left side of such vehicle next to the boulevard or sidewalk, as the case may be, if there be no curb, and it shall be unlawful to stand or park any vehicle in a street other than parallel with the curb and with the two (2) right wheels of the vehicle (or on one-way streets, the 2 left wheels or 2 right wheels of the vehicle) within twelve inches (12") of the regularly established curb line; except, that upon those streets that have been marked for angle parking vehicles shall be parked at the angle to the curb indicated by such marks.
