The penalty for violation of this chapter shall be as follows:
A. For possession of ten grams (10 g) or less of any substance containing cannabis: Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
B. For possession of more than ten grams (10 g) of any substance containing cannabis, up to and including thirty grams (30 g): Five hundred dollars ($500.00).
C. For possession of drug paraphernalia: Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). (Ord. 16-10, 8-8-2016)
