As used in this chapter, the following terms shall include and have the following meanings:
CANNABIS: Any substance defined as cannabis in section 3 of the Illinois Cannabis Control Act, 720 Illinois Compiled Statutes 550/3.
DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Any object or device used, designed for use or intended for use in unlawfully ingesting, smoking, administering, or storing cannabis. For the purposes of this chapter, drug paraphernalia includes but is not limited to:
A. Metal, wooden, plastic, glass, stone or ceramic pipes, with or without screens;
B. Water pipes;
C. Carburetion tubes and devices;
D. Smoking and carburetion masks;
E. Roach clips;
F. Bongs;
