4-1-13: UNKNOWN OWNER:
When any dog or other animal is impounded and its owner is unknown, there shall be placed at the Police Department by the Chief of Police, or the Chief's designee, a notice describing the animal and where it is located. (Ord. 96-12, 9-9-1996)
