4-1-12: DUTIES OF VILLAGE OFFICIALS:
   A.   Except as to the regulations concerning inoculation against rabies, the Chief of Police is charged with the duty of enforcing the provisions of this Chapter.
   B.   It shall be the duty of the Village Clerk to determine that all fees herein provided or otherwise provided by law to be paid are properly accounted for to the Village Treasurer. (Ord. 96-12, 9-9-1996)
