4-1-9: DESTRUCTION OF UNREDEEMED DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS:
Any impounded dog and other animal which shall not be redeemed in accordance with Section 4-1-8 of this Chapter shall be humanely destroyed, or otherwise disposed of by the poundkeeper. (Ord. 96-12, 9-9-1996)
