4-1-5: RUNNING AT LARGE:

No dog or other animal shall run at large at any time within the corporate limits of the Village with or without a license tag fastened to its collar. Any dog or other animal running at large at any time within the Village shall be taken up by the Animal Control Officer or any employee of the Sangamon County Animal Shelter at the direction of any Animal Control officer of the Village. (Ord. 96-12, 9-9-1996)
