Every owner or keeper of a dog, regardless of the age of the dog, shall cause the dog to wear a collar or harness and shall affix thereto a metallic or other suitable tag inscribed with the name, address and phone number, if any, of the owner or keeper of the dog. (Ord. 96-12, 9-9-1996)
