The village street department will establish a schedule for times when the burn pile will be open to the public and will post signage designating normal times during which the burn pile is open to the public as well as the definition of "domestic landscape waste". However, the village is not bound to the posted schedule and may in its discretion close and restrict access to the burn pile due to operational necessities, manpower availability, weather or other reasons.
