As used in this chapter, "domestic landscape waste" is defined as, and is limited to, trees, tree trimmings, branches, stumps, brush, weeds, leaves, grass, shrubbery, yard trimmings and other waste vegetation generated at a residential property, or at vacant land zoned residential, located within the corporate limits of the village. "Domestic landscape waste" does not include landscape waste from any business or area not zoned residential, or landscape waste originating outside of the village of Pawnee. (Ord. 14-08, 5-12-2014)
