Any person who shall violate any provisions of this chapter shall, on conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each violation. Each day during which a violation continues beyond the specified time for correction shall constitute a separate punishable offense. (Ord. 13-04, 2-11-2013)
