A. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be liable to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each provision violated, and each day a violation occurs, is a separate offense.
B. Corporations and other entities shall be separately liable for violations of this chapter by their employees and agents. Each violation by each employee and each agent shall be a separate offense for a corporation or other entity employing such employee or agent. (Ord. 97-17, 9-22-1997)
