The number of licenses issued by the Village shall be as follows:
A. There may be one Class A license;
B. There may be one Class B license;
C. There may be zero (0) Class D licenses;
D. There may be one Class E license;
E. There may be zero (0) Class F licenses;
F. There may be four (4) Class G licenses; and
G. There may be one special event license outstanding at any time.
H. There may be one Class H licenses.
