8-20-9: REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS:
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed. If any portion of this chapter is found to be unenforceable or unconstitutional for any reason, the remaining portion of this chapter shall remain in full force and effect. (Ord. 411, 8-14-2002)
