There is hereby established a use district to be known as a wellhead protection area identified and described as all the area within the city limits and to include the city impact area. It is further established that this area be composed of two (2) zones: "zone I" and "zone II" as they are defined in section 8-20-2 of this chapter. (Ord. 411, 8-14-2002)
