The Board of Review constituted under § 37.016 means the Board of Review established by and constituted as provided in the municipal income tax ordinance of the village and shall have the same powers, duties and jurisdiction under this subchapter as under said ordinance. All hearings and appeals authorized and allowed by such section shall be authorized and allowed under this subchapter and shall be conducted in conformity with such section.
