§ 36.48 FUND 211-EMS AND FUND 217-EMS CONTRACT.
   Monies received by the village and paid into Fund 211-EMS and into Fund 217-EMS Contract shall be used solely for the use and benefit of the village EMS and therefore shall be classified as “committed funds” and “special revenue funds” as those phrases are defined by the Auditor’s office of the state.
