§ 36.47 WATER CAPITAL DEBT RESERVE FUND.
   The reserve should be accumulated at the rate of at least one-tenth of the average annual debt service payment per year until the reserve account balance is equivalent to an average loan installment. The authority to establish such a fund has been granted by of the office of the Auditor of the state.
