(A) The Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to assess additional fees not exceeding $10 for each case filed in the Village Mayor’s Court for computerization of the Mayor’s Court and the Clerk’s records thereof, but said amount of costs collected shall not exceed the actual cost of computerizing said Court.
(B) The additional fees authorized to be collected herein by the Mayor shall be paid to the Clerk of the village until sufficient funds are acquired for computerizing said Court.
