(A) The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to accept cash from the mandatory drug fines imposed on convicted drug offenders in accordance with the provisions of R.C. § 2925.03(J) and (K).
(B) The Mayor is hereby directed to place all cash received into a special law enforcement mandatory drug fine fund with the Village Clerk-Treasurer to be used solely for the Police Department law enforcement efforts pertaining to drug offenses. Said fund shall be separate and apart from any other special fund previously established.
