§ 34.35 RATES AND CHARGES.
   (A)   The rates for the use of the village’s emergency medical service shall be set by the Council.
   (B)   These rates may be subject to change as deemed necessary by the Council by motion passed by a majority of quorum present.
   (C)   Current rates shall be available for inspection at the utilities office of the village.
