§ 34.02 ADOPTING THE MANUAL OF DISCIPLINARY CODE AND PROCEDURES.
   (A)   The Manual of Disciplinary Code and Procedures of the Village Police Department is hereby approved and adopted effective immediately as an official village manual for the use of the Village Police Department.
   (B)   A copy of the above-mentioned Manual shall be maintained at the village utilities office.
