§ 33.31 FISCAL OFFICER.
   (A)   Pursuant to R.C. § 733.262, the appointed position of Fiscal Officer is hereby created.
   (B)   The Fiscal Officer shall be the combined duties of the Village Clerk-Treasurer and have the powers, duties and functions as provided by the general laws of the state.
   (C)   The appointed Fiscal Officer may reside outside of the village.
