§ 154.06 STORM SEWERS AND STRUCTURES.
   (A)   Where there is a reasonable accessibility to an existing storm sewer, then storm sewers of a size adequate to entirely serve the entire subdivision shall be installed by the subdivider.
   (B)   Where there is not reasonable accessibility to an existing storm sewer then the subdivider shall provide as a minimum requirement, sufficient storm sewers, catch basins and miscellaneous structures to provide adequate street drainage for the subdivision.
   (C)   All storm sewers, catch basins, manholes and structures shall be of the size, type and of the materials as specified by the village and the EPA. Design shall be in accordance with the standards established by the village and the EPA, and construction shall be in accordance with the standard specifications of the village and the EPA.
