§ 32.03 PLANNING COMMISSION.
   (A)   There is established a Village Planning Commission consisting of five members: the Mayor; Service Director; and three citizens of the village who shall serve without compensation and who shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Council for a term of six years, except that the term of one of the citizen members of the first Commission shall be four years and one for two years.
   (B)   The powers of the Planning Commission shall be those granted by the R.C. §§ 713.01 to 713.27 and R.C. § 735.15 as well as all sections of the Revised Code and of the Constitution of the state now in effect or which may hereafter be passed and effective and relating to village Planning Commissions as well as all ordinances passed by Council relating to the Village Planning Commission.
   (C)   The Village Planning Commission is authorized to control height, design and location of buildings within it jurisdiction and to issue and make rules and regulations relating thereto all in accordance with the provisions of R.C. § 713.04.
